About the Role: Based in tautahi, Christchurch or Kirikiriroa, Hamilton, in conjunction with the Project Manager, you will have financial ownership and provide effective and efficient cost management and estimating services including: Monthly client financial reporting. Cost estimation and budgeting.
Tendering and trade procurement. Cost control and monitoring. Valuation and payment certification.
Risk management and dispute resolution. About You: As a driven self-starter with high attention to detail and an inquisitive personality you will add value and continuously strive for excellence In addition to this, you will have the following attributes: 5-7 years experience in a QS role, in the commercial construction environment. A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, or relevant industry experience.
Demonstrate strong teamwork skills with a great work ethic. Exhibit ample initiative and innovation in the way you work. Strong communication and numeracy skills.
